As a Counselling Professional, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you, and how to do it successfully. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to thrive!
I trained as a Counsellor after embarking on a number of Counselling sessions myself. I found it helpful to have a space to talk about issues relating to me. There are no set rules for the therapy I offer. You can attend weekly, fortnightly or ad-hoc; but I will explain the pros and cons of each option during our initial consultation.
Guidance & Inspiration
Deciding to embark on Counselling can be a big step and it is important that you find the right therapist to work with. For this reason I offer an extended initial consultation / assesment session (usually just over an hour) to discuss your needs, to explain my way of working and to help you to decide the best way forward.
If after the initial consultation you decide you would like me to be your counsellor, we will arrange to schedule our first formal counselling session.

I have experience of working within a school environment and, having been DBS checked, am available for on-site student counselling.
